Would love to have a photograph of the headstones for my 5g-grandparents. I am told that they are buried at Dyer Cemetery in Addison, ME (Lot 16, graves 1 & 2). The names are Tilley White and his wife Tamson Willey White. Tilley was a private in the Revolutionary War. he died Feb. 14, 1810 and his wife died Dec. 1825. Thank you to anyone who can help. |

I don't think so. I have found no ancestors connected to IL. As for Dyer Cemetery...I don't know if there are any Dyers there. I haven't found any Dyers in my direct line (at least not yet). But I guess the cemetery could be named after a Dyer family. Sorry. Wish I could be of more help. |

There is an entry on Find A Grave's website for Tilley White, but no photo. However, there is a photo of the cemetery. You can go to the FAG and leave a request for the photos you want. I know there's a half dozen people who do lots of headstone photos for Addison, Jonesport, Beals, etc. Even the weather isn't bad now, so you might luck out, even in December. good luck http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gsr&GSfn=Tilley&GSmn=&GSln=White&GSbyrel=all&GSby=&GSdyrel=all&GSdy=&GScntry=4&GSst=23&GScnty=1225&GSgrid=&df=all&GSob=n |
