Searching for information on parents and descendants of John Gouch/Gooch, b. Abt. Oct 1708 Biddleford, ME, d. Abt. 09 Jun 1778 Wells. York, Maine. Married abt 1734 to Elizabeth Boothby "of York, Maine". At least 4 children: 1. Mary L. Gooch/Gouch b. 11 Jan 1734/35, married Samuel Gould 27 Aug 1752 Wells, York, Maine; 2. Elizabeth Gooch/Gouch b. Jan 1736/37 married Abraham Clark; 3. Benjamin Gooch/Gouch b. 09 May 1742 married Mary Morrell; 4. Samuel Gooch/Gouch b. 21 Mar 1743/44 married Sarah Patten.
