I'm looking for information about George W. McGuiness who was born in Edgecomb, Maine about 1858. I know he married Nettie P. Gray about 1878 and have the information about the Gray side of the family. Does anyone have any information to share or can someone point me in the right direction to obtain a birth certificate, etc.? Any help would be greately appreciated. Thanks.

My ggf Thomas McGuiness was born in the Worcester area of Massachusetts in 1855. He and his children lived in both Mass and ME during their lives. I doubt that we are related, however, I hardly ever see McGuiness spelled the way you and I spell it. It's nice to "meet" you.
