Seeking information on who has charge of this cemetery, or where I can get records of burials there.

There is a BARTER family plot in the Highland Cemetery which I am told was Episcopalian in the days of Damarascotta Mills.

The Newcastle Town Hall and Episcopalian Church have been contacted to no avail.

Any assistance is appreciated.
