A book refers me to the 1850 census for "Golden Ridge Plantation, Aroostook Co, near Sherman ME". I found it, but it doesn't seem to exist in subsequent censuses. Does anyone know it's identity in 1860 or later? |

Golden Ridge is a part of Sherman and always was. The families of Rand and Grout lived there as well as Hamilton, Dolley and others. |
