I recently purchased at auction a framed certificate signed by Pres. Woodrow Wilson to Mr. Plummer in recognition of his many decorations and valor in World War I. Upon removing it from the frame for restoration I came upon his military service record and many other papers. I would like to find out how I may be able to reach any of his remaining family to return these documents. This was a very decorated and respected serviceman and these documents should be with his family. Would you please help me with any information that you can. His last known address is in Bangor.
