I was told that an ancestor of mine, Ichabod Willey, who died Mar. 20, 1828 in Cherryfield, Washington Cty., ME was family in the family lot on a place called Willey Hill in Cherryfield. Anyone ever heard of this place? I would love to get photos of any existing stones. His wife, Elizabeth, may be buried beside him. |

Why don't you email Margery Brown of Cherryfield, Maine. She is the genealogist of that area and probably can help. Yes there is a place called Willey Hill. Her address is purplelady04622@yahoo.com she is also a selectperson of that town. Good Luck Ronie |

You can go to the website and request a photo of the headstones. |
